Western Reserve Hospital provides free local telephone service from all patient rooms.
To make an outgoing local call, dial “9” followed by the telephone number. We also offer free long distance service (not International): Dial “9,” followed by “1,” then the ten-digit number. During your stay in our hospital, your family and friends may contact you directly. They can obtain your room extension by contacting Patient Information at (330) 971-7410. Room telephones have a feature of DO NOT DISTURB that allows for blocking of incoming calls. This can be activated by you by entering #5 on your phone. Simply enter ##5 to remove call blocking to again receive incoming calls.
