Visiting Hours
Western Reserve Hospital recognizes that the support of family and friends is important during an illness and offers open visiting hours. Visitors are encouraged to enter through the Main Lobby between the hours of 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. weekends & holidays. The Emergency Department entrance is always available.
You may also request a virtual visit with loved ones via videoconferencing in circumstances when in-person visitation is not available. Ask your nurse for more information.
ICU visitation is limited to visitors ages 13 or older.
Please Note: We reserve the right to limit visiting hours as needed to ensure the safety of our patients.
Parking/Valet Parking
We offer free valet parking as well as free visitor parking. Valet parking services are available at the Main Lobby entrance (Entrance 2), Monday – Friday, 6 a.m. – 5 p.m. and at Entrance 3, Monday – Friday 6:45 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Safety Escort
Western Reserve Hospital provides a 24-hour parking escort for all visitors. If you would like a safety escort, please call (330) 971-7412.
Cafeteria and Dining Options
Cafeteria
The cafeteria is located on the first floor. The cafeteria offers a wide variety of meal options for your dining pleasure. Whether you are looking for a quick grab-and-go item or would like to sit down for a hot meal, the cafeteria can accommodate your needs. We offer homemade soups and sandwiches, fresh baked goods and the salad bar is filled with many healthy choices.

Monday through Friday
Breakfast: 6:45 – 10:15 a.m.
Lunch/Dinner: 11:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Closed on Weekends and Holidays Visitors may also purchase a guest meal to enjoy in the room with the patient – Call ext. 7407.
Vending Services
Vending machines containing snacks and beverages are located in multiple areas throughout the facility. These services are intended to make food and beverage convenient and accessible to our patients, staff and visitors.
Reserve Brew
Enjoy a variety of gourmet coffees, teas, specialty drinks, juices, pastries and snacks at Reserve Brew, our on-site café. Located just inside Western Reserve Hospital’s main entrance lobby, the café is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. (closed weekends/holidays). Call-ahead orders may be placed by calling (330) 971-7833, or if you are within the hospital, dial extension # CAFE (ext. 2233).
