Hospice offers uncompromising quality care to terminally ill patients and the people who love and care for them. While providing support to the patient and their family, our services allow everyone to live each day to the fullest.

Palliative Care Service provides strategies to manage symptoms associated with serious illness and assists with establishing goals of care. The service also addresses the emotional, social and spiritual issues patients and their families may experience.

Both of these services are available via consult while you are admitted to the hospital. If you have additional questions you may contact the Case Management Department at (330) 971-7891 or dial Ext. 7891 from inside the hospital.
