Western Reserve Hospital Partners is a collaboration of more than 200 primary care physicians, specialty physicians and surgeons who share the goal of providing 100 percent, patient centered care via improved delivery systems. WRHP founded Western Reserve Hospital in 2009. Western Reserve Hospital (“the hospital”) believes you are entitled to make informed decisions regarding your medical care. To assist you in making an informed decision, the hospital hereby notifies you that it meets the federal definition of a physician-owned hospital, pursuant to 42 CFR 489.3. The list of the hospital physician owners or investors is available to you upon request from registration.

Your privacy is important to us at Western Reserve Hospital. If you have consented to being placed into the hospital directory, family and friends may call Western Reserve Hospital at any time to obtain information regarding your condition, room number and extension.
As a patient, however, you have the right to request that your admission to the hospital be kept confidential. You may do so by informing your nurse. If you do choose confidentiality, people outside the hospital, including your family and friends, will not have access to you via hospital communication. You will not receive flowers, mail or incoming phone calls, and operators will not confirm your stay at the hospital.
It is also important to designate one family member as the spokesperson while you are a patient at Western Reserve Hospital. That will be the person the nursing staff will communicate with regarding information about your care.
