This collection of art by Woodridge High School students showcases their body of work from Independent Study during the 2021-2022 school year. As young artists, they have spent time developing technical skills and discovering different art media. With the time given to them to express themselves, they have set free their artistic style and voice with messages of hope, the subconscious, and the human connection with nature. The works by the artists of Woodridge prove that youth is not a detriment to ability, and the power of creativity can connect people of all ages and all walks of life to evoke emotion and provide healing and hope.
