Anne Geraghty is an emerging freelance artist, and owner of A-Squared Wine and Watercolor, LLC. She considers herself an experimental artist and likes to use a variety of mediums to express her visions. She started her professional work by creating watercolor pet portraits, nursery paintings, home paintings and more. She currently works with several mediums, and most recently enjoys making fluid art. She has participated in several juried exhibitions at the Cuyahoga Valley Art Center, including The Landscape Exhibition in 2018, Plein Air Competition in 2018, and The Winter Exhibition in 2019.
Anne Geraghty is also a member of the Stow Arts Commission. Her most recent work with The Arts Commission includes the contribution of her artwork on the city’s traffic signal boxes, as well as working on phase two of the public art project in Stow. Most recently, Anne has been leading the sub-committee, which will establish The Stow Arts Commission Scholarship.
Anne lives in Stow, Ohio with her husband Mike, their two children, Luke (age 9) and Isabella (age 6). Though mostly self-taught, Anne also attended the Art Institute of Phoenix. She has an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts, from Glendale Community College of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts from Kent State University. She hosts private and public creative events throughout the area and collaborates with many other artists and small businesses. When she is not creating, experimenting, or teaching art, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
