Western Reserve Hospital is proud to be recognized as one of 99 great workplaces in Northeast Ohio for top talent by ERC. This is the seventh consecutive year the hospital has received the NorthCoast 99 Award.
“This honor is yet another milestone that shows our ability to attract, retain and support our employees while creating a thriving work culture,” said Heather L. Milicevic, Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Western Reserve Hospital. “The NorthCoast 99 award affirms that we are comprised of top performers within a workplace that enables us to better serve our community as we provide the best possible experience for our patients and visitors each day.”
The NorthCoast 99 award confirms that the physicians and staff of Western Reserve Hospital are service and results oriented. Their exemplary work environment allows them to provide the highest quality care to the surrounding communities.
NorthCoast 99 winners participated in a rigorous application process that asked for detailed information on how their organization addresses top-performer attraction, development and retention in the following categories: organizational strategy, policies and benefits; talent attraction, acquisition and onboarding; employee well-being; employee engagement and talent development; total rewards; and diversity and inclusion.
“NorthCoast 99 is a yearlong research project that ERC established to help employers make a notable difference not only in the lives of their employees, but also in the economic vitality of their communities,” said Samantha Marx, ERC director of client service, who oversees the program.
