Veterans Honored with Signs from Western Reserve Hospital Senior Coalition

Every year, Western Reserve Hospital pays tribute to Veterans across Northeast Ohio with a free luncheon and pinning ceremony. To maintain and encourage health protocols in 2020, they partnered with the Western Reserve Hospital Senior Coalition to honor local Veterans with yard signs, posters and gift bags delivered to their homes.

Over 500 Veterans throughout Northeast Ohio, a fraction of the hundreds of thousands of Veterans in the state, received signs to display in time for Veterans Day, November 11. Watch the video summary here

Honoring Veterans is an opportunity never missed by Western Reserve Hospital, who stays connected to community members in many ways through partnerships with local businesses, drive-through events, in-house art exhibits and more, even as the world fights the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Western Reserve Hospital Senior Coalition is made up of representatives from local nursing homes, hospice centers, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living organizations and the like that are dedicated to senior citizens.

Seink Co., LTD, InCare Ohio Home Health & Hospice and Pleasant View Health Care Center.
